Year 5 & 6 Homework Activities

Homework activities set  Friday, June 18th - to be handed in by Tuesday, June 29th

Literacy

  • Design and write a postcard you could send home from a favourite place.
  • Write a poem with a summer theme. 
Other work
  • Make a collage or paint a watercolour of a summer scene.
  • Take two lots of exercise each lasting at least 1/2 hour. It could be running, dancing, walking, cycling - or anything else you'd like to do that would help to keep you fit! Record what you've done in your homework book.

Maths

  • See your maths teacher

You should complete the literacy and maths tasks and either the collage or the exercise - or you can do all of the work!
